The Administrative Assistant is a key frontline role within Student Residence, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to current and prospective residents,visitorsand stakeholders. As a primary point of contact across UOW's residential communities, you will help create a positive student experience while ensuring efficient administration and compliance withUniversityprocesses and systems.
Student Residence sits within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Education Portfolio and supports students living across UOW's residential communities. The team delivers accommodation services that contribute to a positive and supportive student experience, working closely with students, residencestaffand a range of internal and external stakeholders.
