Lotus People seeks an Executive Assistant to support the CEO and senior leaders in our NSW Inner West office. You will manage the CEO's complex diary, coordinate meetings, prepare agendas and minutes, and oversee office operations in a fast-paced not-for-profit setting.
This hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and 2 days WFH, with an ASAP start and handover before mid-October. It is a temporary assignment of at least 6 weeks with potential extension, requiring discretion and strong MS

As Executive Assistant, you will keep the Office of the CEO running smoothly while supporting other executives. You will be the go‑to person for diary management, meeting coordination and office operations, working closely with the wider team. Your calm, polished approach will ease pressure on a busy leadership team and ensure the CEO can stay focused on what matters most. This is an ideal role for someone who picks things up quickly and thrives in a fast paced setting.
