Assistant Sydney is partnering with a leading technology firm in Sydney’s Head Office to recruit an Executive Assistant. This fast‑paced, high‑performing environment rewards initiative and autonomy.
You will manage a complex calendar, prepare meeting materials, arrange travel, deal with expenses, and coordinate internal events and conferences. The role is 5 days a week, in office, ASAP start.

Your role as Executive Assistant will include but not be limited to:
You’ll have proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within technology or another highly strategic industry. You’ll be a natural self-starter who can work independently, take initiative and stay ahead of priorities. Advanced proficiency across Microsoft Office is essential, along with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and stakeholders effectively.
