The Executive Assistant will provide professional, high-level support to the Chief Executive Officer and coordinate the effective operation of the Office of the CEO. This integral role sits at the centre of executive activity. You will manage complex schedules, travel and communications, coordinate Board and management meetings, prepare executive-level documents and help maintain effective organisational and governance processes.
You will bring a proactive and solutions-focused mindset, anticipating the needs of the CEO and broader Executive team while ensuring priorities, commitments and key activities are seamlessly managed. With a strong sense of integrity, discretion and professionalism, you build trusted relationships and handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality. Highly organised and dependable, you anticipate requirements, exercise sound judgement and take pride in ensuring every detail is considered and nothing is overlooked.
