Cawthron Institute in Adelaide, Australia seeks an experienced Executive Assistant to support the CEO, Chief People Officer and Board. You will manage governance processes, agendas, papers and ensure smooth decision-making while maintaining discretion and confidentiality.
The role also involves acting as Board Secretary, coordinating governance activities and ensuring timely information flow across committees and leaders. A proactive mindset and strong MS 365 skills are essential.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the centre of strategic decision-making, supporting Cawthron's Chief Executive Officer, Chief People Officer and Board of Directors. As Executive Assistant you'll be a trusted partner who provides proactive executive support to help ensure organisational priorities stay on track.
As Board Secretary, you'll work closely with our Board of Directors and Committees, coordinating governance processes, preparing agendas and papers, maintaining governance records, tracking actions and ensuring the timely flow of information.
This is a role for someone who enjoys variety, operates with professionalism and discretion, and takes pride in bringing order, structure and momentum to complex environments.
You will bring significant experience supporting senior executives, governance and Board processes, exceptional organisational skills, excellent written communication, sound judgement and discretion, strong relationship management capability, advanced Microsoft 365 skills and a proactive continuous-improvement mindset.
You will gain exposure to executive leadership, organisational strategy and governance while working closely with a broad range of stakeholders. No two days are the same, and your work will have a visible impact on organisational success.
