About theRole
Reportingdirectly to the CEO, you will provide proactive and confidentialexecutive support. This is a key role within theorganisation, working closely with senior leaders, Directors and abroad range of internal and external stakeholders. You will betrusted to manage sensitive information, coordinate competingpriorities, support effective governance and ensure our executiveand Board functions operate smoothly and professionally.
Remuneration andHours
- $90,000 to $100,000k +Super + Salary Packaging
- Not-for-Profit salarypackaging – up to $15,900 per year + Meals & Entertainmentbenefits
- Mondayto Friday, 9:00 to 5:00 pm (onsite) located inCanterbury
ExecutiveSupport
- Provide proactive,professional and confidential support to the CEO and nominatedExecutive members.
- Managediaries, appointments, meetings and competingpriorities.
- Monitor and prioritisecorrespondence, emails and enquiries, escalating matters whereappropriate.
- Coordinate meetingsand ensure executives are well prepared with the informationand documentation they need.
- Prepare agendas andcoordinate meeting papers and supportingdocumentation.
- Maintain actionregisters and decision logs, following up outstandingactions.
- Coordinate the annualBoard and Committee calendar, reporting deadlines andgovernance activities along with preparing and distribute Boardand Committee agendas and papers.
- Liaisewith Directors, Committee members and senior executives tosupport effective governance and decision-making.
- Coordinate domesticand international travel arrangements for the CEO and ExecutiveLeadership Team. Prepare travel itineraries and supportingdocumentation.
- Coordinate executiveattendance at conferences, industry events and stakeholdermeetings.
- Handlesensitive executive, employee and Board information with thehighest level of discretion and confidentiality.
- TakeBoard minutes once a month, outside of business hours (approx.3 hours duration)
Aboutyou
You have atleast 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant, who understandswhat it takes to support senior leaders effectively. You areorganised, proactive and confident working with confidential andsensitive information.

You willbring:
- Atleast 3 years' experience as an Executive Assistant, PersonalAssistant or similar senior administrative role supporting aCEO, Managing Director, Executive Team or Board.
- Exceptionalorganisation and time management skills, with the ability tojuggle competing priorities and deadlines.
- Advanced Microsoft 365skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TeamsSharePoint and AI.
- Excellent written andverbal communication skills, including strong report writingand minute-taking capability.
- A highlevel of discretion, confidentiality and professionaljudgement.
- Strongstakeholder engagement and relationship managementskills.
- Acurrent Driver’s Licence.
- Acurrent National Police Check or the ability to obtainone.
