Overview

NCS is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support multiple members of our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). As Executive Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in enabling our leaders to operate at their best. You’ll manage calendars, coordinate meetings and events, prepare high-quality documents and presentations, and handle travel and expense arrangements with precision. You’ll also support Office Managers during busy periods and take on a variety of tasks that keep our leadership team focused and effective.

We’re looking for someone who brings not only experience as an Executive Assistant, but also a mindset of continuous improvement and collaboration. You’ll need strong analytical and problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, along with a positive attitude that reflects NCS’s values.
