Tailored resume and cover letter, ready to send.
Northbourne Group is seeking an organised and proactive administrator to support the Group CEO across the group. You will handle board papers, agendas, and minutes, coordinate meetings and travel, and help document processes and set up systems to scale the business.
The role requires strong English writing, discretion with confidential information, and experience with Asana and Google Workspace. Remote-friendly with options for on-site or shared workspace arrangements.
This role supports the Group CEO with administration and projects across the group, so that they can focus on leading the business.
Day-to-day, you'll prepare board papers, coordinate meetings and travel, and keep tasks and briefs moving. You'll also manage the shared inbox and accounts receipts, and help the business scale by documenting processes, setting up systems and assisting with research for tenders and proposals.
This is a 6-month contract with the option to extend. The workload is equivalent to full-time, but we're flexible and happy to work out hours that suit us both. Most of the work happens during normal business hours, but some flexibility is needed for occasional work outside those hours, such as around board meetings and, if needed, a few events.
We welcome applications from independent contractors as well as people looking for fixed-term employment.
You're organised, practical, proactive and happy to work things out. When a task is new to you, you ask the right questions, find a way through and keep moving.

Flexibility in how you're engaged, as a fixed-term employee or on contract, with hours we can discuss
A practical, people-first culture where you're trusted to take ownership and solve problems
