Job summary

All Aspects Excavator Hire is seeking a motivated and professional dual skilled machinery operator for site work in Hervey Bay, QLD. The role involves predominately away work Monday to Friday with paid travel, food, accommodation and a supplied vehicle, plus attractive bonuses.

You must be a fully competent final trim operator with civil/road experience and the ability to work safely around live traffic and other plant.

Qualifications

• Fully competent final trim operator with road and civil construction experience.
• Experience working away from base with compliance to safety standards.
• Ability to operate track plant safely around live traffic and other plant.
• This is a hands-on role, not a trainee position.

Responsibilities

• Operate Posi-track and excavators to specified grades.
• Manage road base prep, compaction and sub-grade conditioning.
• Perform final trim operations with attention to accuracy.
• Work autonomously and as part of a small crew while following safety rules.
• Communicate clearly and understand instructions on site.

All Aspects Excavator Hire is well-established, with an excellent work quality and track record, is now expanding further and new crews are required.

The job role requires predominately working away Monday - Friday, with paid travel, food, accommodation and supplied vehicle.

This role requires a fully competent final trim operator, with experience in road and civil construction, with the ability to work safely around live traffic and other plant/machinery.

This is not a training or learning position
