Job summary

LSD Earthworks & Maintenance Contractors is seeking skilled operators to join our Fraser Coast team. You will handle skid steer finishing work, including profiler tasks, and operate GPS-equipped excavators on civil projects such as road works and subdivisions.

The role requires at least 2 years of civil construction experience, a White Card, and Australian work rights. Reliable transport and a motivated, pride-driven approach are essential to help us deliver quality results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in civil construction including earthmoving, drainage and road works.
• Experience operating skid steer and excavator with GPS integration.
• RII competencies and a current White Card are required.
• Must have reliable transport and Australian work rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer for final trim, profiler and related tasks.
• Operate excavator with GPS on various civil projects.
• Contribute to earthmoving, drainage and road construction activities.
• Adhere to safety rules, site inductions and quality standards.
