Job summary

MacKellar is seeking experienced Excavator Operators to help achieve production targets at the Nyngan, NSW project. This role involves operating heavy excavators (120t+), working on a FIFO roster from Brisbane to site, with charter flights, and accommodation and meals provided.

Candidates should have at least 12 months of mining experience with large excavators and D9+ dozers, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to work as part of a team in a remote site environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months’ experience operating large excavators (120t+) in a mining environment.
• Experience operating D9+ Dozers in a mining environment.
• Strong commitment to workplace safety.

Responsibilities

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 12 months’ experience operating large excavators (120t+) in a mining environment
• Experience operating D9+ Dozers in a mining environment
• Strong commitment to workplace safety
• Flexibility and willingness to contribute as part of a team
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and work collaboratively to implement solutions
