Job summary

WorkPac Group is seeking an experienced Excavator Operator for a production coal mine in Middlemount, Queensland.

You will operate Liebhir 9400 and/or 996 excavators to support daily mining targets, with a 7/7 roster and BIBO from Mackay, Rockhampton and Bundaberg.

Eligible candidates must provide current transcripts/medicals, Coal Board Medical, DAA, and a valid driver's licence; a bonus up to $13,500 is available.

Qualifications

• Experience operating Liebherr 9400 and/or 996 excavators in a production mining environment.
• Current training transcripts, LMS record, or SSE Skills List showing competency.
• Coal Board Medical & Standard 11 current.

Responsibilities

• Operate Liebherr 9400 and/or 996 excavators to support daily production targets in a coal mining environment.
• Assist with production activities and ensure safety procedures are followed.

What You Will Be Doing

You will be working as an Excavator Operator within a production coal mining environment, supporting daily mining activities and production targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating:

Liebherr 9400 Excavators

Liebherr 996 Excavators

What You Will Need

Proven experience operating Liebherr 9400 and/or Liebherr 996 Excavators within a production mining environment

Current Training Transcript, LMS Record, or SSE Signed Skills List demonstrating competency

Current Coal Board Medical & Standard 11

Ability to complete a JobFit Pre employment Medical

Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol Assessment (DAA)

Ability to complete site SOP requirements

Current Driver's Licence & Current Resume
