Job summary

Terranovus Civil in Australia is seeking confident excavator operators for current civil construction projects. You must be able to undertake general maintenance, set out for the day and operate safely.

Prepare and position plant, operate controls to excavate, drill, level, move and spread earth and other materials. Undertake daily inspections, set out with GPS to ensure accuracy and work with a safety-minded team to keep programs on schedule.

Qualifications

• Operate excavators to perform earthmoving tasks, including loading and moving materials.
• Follow GPS setout to ensure project accuracy.
• Maintain equipment and report faults promptly.
• Adhere to safety standards and site rules.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and position plant for operations and attach tools.
• Operate controls to excavate, break, drill, level, and spread materials.
• Undertake daily inspections and minor maintenance tasks.
• Set out and work with GPS to ensure accuracy.

What:

We are seeking confident excavator operators for current civil construction projects. You must be able to undertake general maintenance, set out for the day and operate safely.

Prepare and position plant for operations including selecting, fitting and removing attachments.

Operate controls to excavate, break, drill, level, compact, move, load and spread earth, rock, rubble and other materials.

Undertake daily inspections, monitor and complete minor maintenance tasks.

Set out and work with GPS software to ensure accuracy.

Operate in a safe manner to protect others and keep machines in good working order

Work with others to assist with safe operation and to ensure program is closely followed.
