Job summary

HOBAN invites you to join our exam invigilator team in Albury and Woodonga, supporting tertiary education providers through a busy exam period. No previous experience required; bring enthusiasm to help students succeed and maintain exam integrity.

Shifts run up to 12 hours from 7:00am to 7:00pm, weekdays and weekends, with paid training before you start. Access is easy by public transport, and availability across the entire exam period is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication to engage with students and staff during exams.

• Reliable and punctual presence to maintain exam flow and integrity.
• Discretion in handling confidential exam materials and results.

Join HOBAN and play a key role in supporting tertiary education providers with smooth and successful exam delivery. No experience needed—just bring your enthusiasm to help students succeed!

Location:Albury and Woodonga locations. Exam Dates:Starting from mid of October, with exams scheduled on weekdays and weekends, Monday’s through to Saturday's.

• Shifts times will vary, ranging up to 12-hour shifts between 7.00am-7.00pm
• Pay rate will be $ 38.20per hour + super
• Paid training will be provided before you commence.
• Easily accessible by Public Transport.

Full availability across the entire exam period is essential.

• Compliance: You must either possess or be willing to obtain a Working with Children Check (or hold current VIT registration).
