Qualifications

• RSA and RCG certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide efficient and friendly service to our members and guests.
• Maintain understanding of the business and the customers we serve.
• Prepare reports using Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ensure accurate cash handling.
• Coach and upskill bar attendants.
