Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, professional and proactive customer service to guests.
• Carry out event responsibilities as directed by supervisors.
• Be focused on guests’ needs and activities in assigned area.
• Resolve issues calmly while maintaining a positive guest experience.
• Submit incident reports as required.
• Work in a physically active role with standing, walking and stairs.
