Qualifications

• Experience in event planning or coordination.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to determine event requirements and objectives.
• Plan and coordinate all aspects of events including venue, catering, AV, and decor.
• Manage event budgets and negotiate contracts with vendors.
• Coordinate with internal departments for seamless execution of events.
• Oversee on-site logistics, setup, breakdown, and guest experience.
• Provide exceptional customer service and act as main point of contact.
