Job summary

West HQ seeks a proactive Food & Beverage Shift Supervisor to lead events and supervise breakfast service across venues, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires at least 12 months in Events/Functions with high-standard F&B, RSA certification, and willingness to work breakfast shifts including early starts. Opera familiarity is advantageous, and Microsoft Office skills are expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ months in Events/Functions role delivering F&B service in 4–5 star environments.
• RSA certification required.
• Willingness to work breakfast shifts, early starts.
• Experience with Opera PMS is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to motivate and guide the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Demonstrate excellent people skills and engage guests for a memorable experience.
• Manage shift operations, ensuring seamless service and high cleanliness/efficiency.
• Support Events team and supervise breakfast service at 33 Grill & Bar.
• Coach and train team members to foster a positive work environment.
• Share passion for culinary excellence with customers and colleagues.
