Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking energetic Chefs and Cooks to join our Award-winning Event Delivery - Kitchen team, working in our Production Kitchen or with the Events team to plate and serve dishes for world-class events.

You will join a diverse team focused on fresh, seasonal ingredients in a busy, supportive environment. We offer up to 5 days per week with casual shifts and opportunities for ongoing roles within Australia’s leading convention venue.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced kitchen environments.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role.
• Flexibility to work a 7-day rotating roster including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist in large-scale event production kitchens.
• Plate and serve dishes for events and functions.
• Maintain hygiene and safety standards in busy service periods.
