Job summary

ICC Sydney is seeking energetic Pastry Chefs and Cooks to join the Event Delivery - Kitchen team in our Production Kitchen. You’ll join a diverse, supportive team catering to world-class events in our Convention, Exhibition and Theatre precinct.

Roles are casual with up to 5 days per week. We value fresh, seasonal ingredients and restaurant thinking applied to large-scale events, with a focus on quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Fast-paced, noisy kitchen environment.
• Physically demanding role with potential heavy lifting.
• 7-day rotating roster with early starts and late finishes.
• Certificate IV in Patisserie or relevant qualifications preferred.
• Valid working rights in Australia and minimum age 18.
• Casual opportunities with flexible up-to-5-days-per-week work.
