We are currently seeking an Event Coordinators in Melbourne to join our team.
Step into a dynamic role where no two days are the same. You'll be at the heart of event planning and execution, coordinating multiple events annually. From managing exhibitors to delivering exceptional on-site experiences, you'll play a critical role in bringing our events to life.
Managing event logistics, timelines, and key deadlines to ensure seamless delivery
Providing outstanding customer service to exhibitors, sponsors, and attendees
Sourcing and Coordinating engaging features in collaboration with the team
Coordinating suppliers and contractors, including briefings and on-site management
Supporting the Head of Operations, Head of Sales & sales team with administrative
Maintaining accurate exhibitor records and CRM databases
Travelling to events interstate (can be up to 6 days per event) and occasionally supporting other exhibitions
You’ll be someone who:
Has proven experience in event coordination, ideally across multiple events and stakeholders
Is highly organised with strong attention to detail and time management skills
Thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Delivers exceptional customer service and is confident problem-solving on the go
Works collaboratively and brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Has intermediate to advanced skills in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook (CRM experience is an advantage)
