ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Australia is seeking an Events Coordinator to own the end-to-end planning and delivery of our national events calendar, including trade exhibitions, activations, and customer events. You’ll manage logistics, suppliers and budgets with hands-on on-site delivery.
You will coordinate stand builds, venue bookings, catering, AV, signage and attendee communications, while ensuring brand compliance and a seamless attendee experience during busy event periods.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing at ASSA ABLOY Opening Solutions Australia, you'll own the end-to-end planning, coordination, and delivery of our events program. From major trade exhibitions and stand builds to partner activations and customer events, you'll manage the details that make events run seamlessly – logistics, suppliers, budgets, branding, and on-site delivery. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with genuine ownership from day one.
