Job summary

Exponet is seeking an experienced Exhibition Project Coordinator to oversee end-to-end exhibition projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met with the highest level of service and attention to detail.

You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, and provide strategic oversight of project delivery while maintaining compliance with health and safety and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management within exhibitions, events, or related industries.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and client relationship management.
• Ability to lead teams and manage contractors on-site.
• High attention to detail and a solutions-focused mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools/software (preferred).

• Coordinating logistics, installation, and on-site delivery
