Job summary

Australian Green Clean is seeking a Site Manager to lead and develop our cleaning teams across event contracts in Australia. You will drive operational efficiency, maintain high cleaning standards and manage contract budgets while fostering strong client relationships.

You will champion our values, drive continuous improvement, focus on workplace safety and team productivity, and ensure timely delivery of services to exceed client expectations.

Qualifications

Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and develop staff.
Strong communication and time management for busy event environments.
Customer service focus and ability to build client relationships.
Proactive problem solving and ability to meet deadlines.
Knowledge of WHS and risk management practices.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of event cleaning contracts and budgets.
Lead, supervise, train and motivate cleaning staff to meet targets.
Develop work schedules and staffing levels.
Implement WHS procedures with focus on zero lost-time injuries.
Monitor performance, provide coaching and feedback.
Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Review procedures to drive efficiency and growth.
Maintain high cleaning standards and address client concerns.
Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company standards.
