ALDI Stores is seeking a Duty Manager to lead from the front, guiding team members, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring smooth store operations. You will supervise shifts, train staff, and promote a positive work environment while maintaining high service standards.

In this role you’ll be on the shop floor, interacting with customers, managing workloads, and upholding safety and stock levels to ensure customers can always find their favourites.
