Job summary

Computershare Australia in Sydney is seeking a full-time Mailroom Operator to support the production and dispatch of paper-based customer communications. This onsite role reports to the Team Leader - Production and runs Monday to Friday, 3pm to 11pm in a collaborative, safety-conscious environment.

You’ll operate Ricoh digital presses and Xerox printers, manage sorting and enclosing, and ensure accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with ISO 9001:2018.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and write in English and follow detailed instructions.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Flexible approach to tasks and working hours.
• Strong verbal communication and instruction interpretation.
• Computer literacy and basic IT aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day preparation, production and dispatch of paper-based customer communications.
• Operate production equipment and ensure target output figures are met.
• Reconcile output to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
• Maintain safe working practices and quality per ISO 9001:2018.
• Collaborate with team and communicate effectively to meet KPI’s.
