Qualifications

• Flexible and willing to work extra hours when needed.
• Detail-focused, reliable and able to handle mail and parcels up to 16kg.
• Communicate clearly, work proactively and support teammates in busy environments.
• Experience with pallet jacks or stackers is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist with processing letters, parcels and Express Post items.
• Sort mail and load/unload from bags, trays and containers.
• Operate with load-shifting tools and collaborate with team to keep mail moving safely.
• Support Mail Sorting Officer role as entry-level learning large-scale operations.
