Job summary

Quiet Capital is seeking an organised, confident Evening Events Manager to oversee the successful delivery of events during evening operations. You will be the key point of contact on-site, ensuring events run smoothly from set-up through to close.

This hands-on role requires strong leadership, excellent communication and the ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will coordinate event set-up, service, room transitions and pack-down, brief and supervise

Qualifications

• You will ideally have leadership and frontline guest-facing experience.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
• Ability to stay calm, think on you feet and resolve issues during events.

Responsibilities

• Manage the on-site delivery of evening events, functions and special occasions.
• Act as the main contact for guests, bumps in suppliers and event team during events.
• Review run sheets, schedules and guest briefs prior to each function.
