Job summary

Harmony Auto is seeking a Sales Consultant for BYD Berwick to welcome customers into our showroom, showcase BYD's latest electric vehicles, and guide them through a seamless purchase.

You will present vehicles, explain EV technology, understand customer needs, and coordinate with aftersales and service teams to ensure a smooth delivery. The role offers strong lead flow, BYD product training, and clear career development within a fast-growing EV brand.

Qualifications

• 1–2+ years of experience in automotive, retail, luxury goods, technology sales, or real estate.
• Strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales KPIs.
• Professional presentation and strong customer service mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a high-demand, fast-paced dealership environment.
• Willingness to learn EV products and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers into showroom and present BYD vehicles with demonstrations.
• Guide customers through the complete EV buying journey: enquiries, test drives, quotations, CRM updates, and contract signing.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable models and configurations.
• Maintain customer relationships through timely follow-up and excellent customer care.
• Work closely with Service & Workshop teams to ensure a smooth delivery and aftersales experience.
• Support dealership events, test drive days, and promotional activities.
• Achieve individual and dealership sales KPIs.
• Stay up to date on vehicle arrivals and EV trends.
