Job summary

Glory EV Group Pty Ltd in Victoria is seeking motivated Sales Consultants to join its BYD Ringwood/Lilydale/Ferntree Gully team. You will greet customers, deliver vehicle presentations and tests drives, follow up leads, and coordinate delivery and aftersales support.

The role emphasizes building lasting customer relationships, a strong sales mindset, and excellent communication. Full training is provided, with mentoring from top performers in Victoria.

Qualifications

• Greet in-store and online customers and provide professional vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Follow up leads, understand customer needs, and achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate vehicle delivery and aftersales support.
• Build long-term customer relationships and ensure excellent service throughout the sales process.
• Passion for the automotive industry with a strong sales mindset.
• Previous car sales experience is an advantage (but not essential – training provided).
• Excellent communication and people skills, well-presented and customer-focused.
• Fluent in English; Mandarin language skills are a plus.
• Full training provided.
