bp in Melbourne leads the ANZ bp pulse EV charging network and seeks an Operations Lead to drive performance, continuous improvement and governance across the network. You will oversee uptime, maintenance programmes and operating model enhancements to improve reliability, efficiency and customer experience.

Working with internal and external stakeholders, you will manage incident response, risk controls and commercial optimisation initiatives while providing operational leadership and back-up

Qualificações

• Experience in operations, maintenance, or service delivery environments.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, OEMs, or service partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge of operational risk management, safety and compliance requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve charger uptime and customer experience.
• Provide operational leadership and back-up for incident, fault and ticket management.
• Lead performance management of OEMs, maintenance partners, and service providers.
• Develop and enhance operational standards, maintenance programmes and ways of working.
• Support operating model evolution and cross-functional initiatives for efficiency.
• Deliver operational performance reporting, risk management, and safety oversight.
