Job summary

bp is seeking an EV Operations Lead for the ANZ charging network. You will drive operational performance, governance, and continuous improvement, overseeing uptime, partner performance, maintenance programmes, and incident management to ensure high reliability and customer satisfaction.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with internal teams and external partners, manage vendor relationships, assess risks, and implement optimized operating models to scale the network and reduce costs

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, maintenance, or service delivery environments.
• Experience managing third-party vendors, contractors, OEMs, or service partners.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
• Knowledge of operational risk management, safety and compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve uptime, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience.
• Provide operational leadership and escalation support across day-to-day network operations and incident management.
• Lead performance management and governance of partners and service providers to meet targets.
• Own development and enhancement of maintenance programmes and operating standards.
• Support operating model evolution and cross-functional initiatives for efficiency.
• Deliver operational performance reporting, risk management, and safety oversight.
• Support projects to drive business performance and asset optimisation.
