Qualifications

• Proven experience in car sales is ideal, but willingness to learn will be supported.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers on the showroom floor, providing information and demonstrations of EV range.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and returning customers, following up on leads to drive sales.
• Understand customer needs and budget to recommend suitable vehicles, highlighting features and benefits.
• Stay updated on new models and industry trends to enrich customer interactions.
• Guide customers through the sales process from inquiry to purchase, including test drives and CRM documentation.
• Deliver exceptional service before, during and after the sale, addressing inquiries and ensuring satisfaction.
