Job summary

Garry and Warren Smith Group – Mulgrave VIC is seeking a New Car Sales Consultant for Waverley Mazda in Melbourne’s eastern suburbs. Join a long‑standing, family‑owned dealership with a strong customer base and a culture focused on support and development.

Role offers 9:00am–5:00pm, five days a week, with ongoing Mazda product training and career progression. You will engage customers, demonstrate the latest Mazda models, and work across finance and delivery teams to achieve targets.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers throughout the vehicle purchasing journey
• Demonstrate Mazda’s latest models and technology
• Manage test drives and vehicle presentations
• Build and maintain long‑term customer relationships
• Follow up enquiries and maintain CRM activity
• Work with finance and delivery teams to close deals
• Contribute to dealership targets and customer satisfaction goals
