Qualifications

• Hands-on experience running brand social channels day-to-day.
• Experience managing influencer and creator relationships at an operational level.

• Strong eye for short-form platform-native content (Reels, Stories, TikTok).

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day posting, scheduling and community management across iCAUR's social channels.
• Maintain iCAUR's social content calendar aligned with campaigns and product launches.
• Monitor trends and cultural moments to keep content current.
• Coordinate influencer collaborations, gifting and content amplification.
• Provide real-time social coverage of brand moments and events.
• Track engagement, follower growth, reach, and feed insights into planning.
