Job summary

Chery Australia is seeking a Retail & Studio Lead to bring the iCAUR brand to life in showrooms, studios and across the dealer network. You will craft premium retail experiences, drive brand consistency, and oversee store design, merchandising and customer journey from arrival to purchase.

The role requires automotive showroom/retail experience, strong marketing know-how in Australia, and the ability to coordinate with dealers and contractors.

Qualifications

• Must have automotive showroom/studio/retailer experience.
• Strong retail marketing background in Australian market.
• Proven visual merchandising skills with attention to brand consistency.
• Experience managing fit-outs, presentations, and retail rollouts.
• Ability to coordinate with dealers, landlords and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Own retail brand experience across showrooms, studios and dealer locations.
• Ensure visuals, merchandising, signage and store design align with brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with Brand team to translate narratives into physical environments.
• Develop customer experiences from arrival through test drive and purchase.
• Conduct regular site audits to uphold brand and presentation standards.
• Support dealer partners with queries, events and openings.
• Analyze foot traffic and conversion to improve retail performance.
• Generate leads and link digital demand with in-store conversions.
