Job summary

ZEEKR Australia, a premium EV brand in Geely’s ecosystem, seeks an experienced Technical Support Specialist to support daily aftersales operations across the Australia/New Zealand network. You will diagnose vehicle issues, assist with warranty processes, and ensure technical accuracy across internal teams and dealers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years in automotive technical operations or diagnostics.
• Experience with EVs is highly preferred.
• Ability to coach and guide technicians and dealer staff.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert technical support to the ZEEKR AU/NZ network including diagnostics and warranty support.
• Serve as internal technical reference across departments and dealer network.
• Develop and track corrective actions with internal teams for timely resolution.
• Mentor network technicians to promote Right First Time Fix.
• Contribute to local aftersales strategy and service capability.
• Monitor Technical Operations KPIs and contribute to improvements.
• Support warranty processes and claims reviews.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships to improve service quality and NPS.
