Geely Australia is seeking a Technical Specialist to provide premium dealer support and technical assistance across the network. You will contribute to training programs and ensure knowledge consistency while engaging in diagnostic escalation and cross-functional communications.

The role emphasizes collaboration, strategy, and cross-functional teamwork, with a focus on developing training content and coaching dealer technicians on connected services and EV technologies.

Qualifications

• Evidence of automotive experience and knowledge of dealership processes.
• Experience in developing or delivering technical training content.
• Proven ability to communicate technical information clearly to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Provide premium technical support to Geely Australia dealer partners to drive customer satisfaction.
• Deliver end-to-end technical support, education and process development for a seamless dealership experience.
• Ensure timely and accurate resolutions to product-related technical topics and dealer concerns.
• Provide dealer Technician coaching and guidance on technical processes, diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Ensure dealers follow manufacturer processes for diagnosis, repairs and incident reporting.
• Design, develop and deliver technical training content (face-to-face, virtual, hands-on).
• Monitor training progress and support certification programs to ensure technician competency.
