Job summary

Independent Technology Consultants Cooperative Pty Ltd in Melbourne's Tullamarine area is seeking an enthusiastic EUX Analyst to support deployment and onboarding of end-user technology in a large enterprise environment. You'll work with the EUX Lead, gaining exposure to enterprise technology deployments, device provisioning, and modern workplace solutions.

This 6-month, full-time, onsite role offers hands-on experience in EUC, desktop support and IT operations.

Qualifications

• Certificate/Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience with Windows 10/11 and device deployment.
• Familiarity with Intune or SCCM and ITIL concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, configure and deploy laptops/desktops.
• Imaging, software installation and security config.
• Deploy Cisco desk phones with extension setup and testing.
• Provision mobile devices via MDM platforms (iOS/Android).
• Install and support monitors, docking stations, keyboards, headsets.
• Assist with onboarding, device setup and sign-in processes.
• Deliver professional user experience during rollouts.
• Ensure deployments meet standards and security requirements.
• Maintain deployment records and asset information.
• Support rollout planning and continuous process improvement.
