Job summary

Paxus Australia Pty Ltd. is seeking an experienced EUC Lead to guide the design, migration, rollout, and hypercare of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services.

This hybrid role spans Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 Apps, with focus on delivery leadership and tenant coexistence. You will lead end-to-end migrations, cutover strategies, and post-migration hypercare, coordinating across geographically dispersed users and stakeholders in

Qualifications

• Experience leading design, migration, rollout and hypercare of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services.
• Proven delivery leadership across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business.
• Experience with large-scale Microsoft 365 migrations and multi-tenant environments.
• Knowledge of mail routing, tenant coexistence and mailbox migration strategies.
• Ability to manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues and stakeholder communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft 365 collaboration services.
• Design and configure Exchange Online, mail routing and tenant coexistence.
• Develop mailbox migration, mail flow and distribution list strategies.
• Lead Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and 365 Apps deployments.
• Coordinate end-user onboarding and adoption activities.
• Develop migration, deployment, cutover and transition strategies.
• Lead testing, pilot, rollout and hypercare activities.
• Produce migration plans, technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Support transition to BAU support teams.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced EUC Lead to lead the design, migration, rollout and hypercare of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services.
