Job summary

Paxus seeks an experienced EUC Lead to direct the design, migration, rollout and hypercare of Microsoft 365 services. You will provide technical and delivery leadership across Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 Apps.

You will coordinate end-user onboarding, migration strategies and cross-tenant collaboration while managing risks and stakeholder communications. Hybrid work model with Canberra/ Melbourne/ Brisbane locations.

• Oversee migration, cutover planning and hypercare activities to ensure seamless transition.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues and stakeholder communications.
• Produce migration plans and operational procedures for BAU handover.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced EUC Leadto lead the design, migration, rollout and hypercare of Microsoft 365 productivity and collaboration services.

You will provide both technical and delivery leadershipacross Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business and Microsoft 365 Apps.

• Lead testing, pilot, rollout and hypercareactivities.
• Manage delivery risks, dependencies, issues and stakeholder communications.
• Produce migration plans, technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Support transition to BAU support teams.
