Job summary

Hastha Solutions is seeking an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer for a 6- month contract across Australia, including Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane. The role involves delivering onsite and remote support for end-user devices and software, with supervision from the EUC Lead.

Requirements include 2–4 years in EUC/IT support, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and strong communication and problem-solving skills. Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders only may apply.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years EUC/IT support experience.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or related field.
• Desirable IT certifications (e.g., Microsoft, CompTIA A+, ITIL)

Responsibilities

• Handle and resolve end-user issues at customer offices (Adelaide, Perth & Brisbane).
• Provide onsite and remote support for end-user devices and software.
• Deliver desk side and remote support, diagnose and resolve hardware/software issues.
• Coordinate with third-party service providers for hardware issues.
• Maintain records of incidents, requests and resolutions.
• Support IS project activities under EUC Lead and adhere to security standards.
