Job summary

Hastha Solutions is seeking an EUC Engineer for a 6-month onsite contract in Adelaide. You will deliver first and second-level support for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues to maintain business operations.

You will configure and upgrade IT equipment, manage AD/O365 accounts, and coordinate with vendors for escalations while supporting AV systems and meetings. A degree in IT and 4–8 years of onsite EUC experience are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in IT/CS
• 4–8 years of onsite EUC/desktop support experience
• Strong troubleshooting in Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 environments
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, and ITSM tooling

Responsibilities

• Provide first and second-level onsite support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and upgrade IT equipment and software per company standards.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and access rights in AD/O365.
• Maintain AV/conference room equipment and support meetings.
• Liaise with remote support teams and vendors for escalations.

Required Qualifications & Skills :

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–8 years of experience in an onsite EUC or desktop supportrole.
• Strong troubleshooting skills in Windows 10/11, MicrosoftOffice 365, and general desktop environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory, SCCM/Intune, and BMCHelix (or similar ITSM tool).
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VPN).
• Experience supporting hardware from vendors like Dell, HP,Lenovo.
• Familiarity with remote support tools and mobile devicemanagement.
