Job summary

Vertali APAC Pty Ltd seeks a Junior End-user Experience (EUX) Analyst to support deployment and onboarding of end-user technology in a large enterprise. Based in western suburbs of Melbourne, this full-time onsite 6-month contract offers hands-on exposure to EUC, device deployment, and modern workplace tech.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career IT professional with interest in workplace technology, strong communication, and a proactive, organized approach.

Qualifications

• Australian permanent residence required.

Responsibilities

• Support deployment and onboarding of end-user technology.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Junior End-user Experience (EUX) Analyst to support the deployment and onboarding of end-user technology within a large enterprise environment. This is initially a 6-month contract engagement, with likely extensions for the right candidate and is based in the western suburbs of Melbourne, Victoria.

The role:

Working closely with the EUX Lead, the successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring employees receive well-configured, secure and user-friendly technology solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build their career in End User Computing (EUC), Desktop Support, Device Deployment or IT Operations.

The role offers hands‑on exposure to enterprise technology deployments, user onboarding activities and modern workplace technologies.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology or a related discipline or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience working with Windows 10 and Windows 11 environments.
• Exposure to laptop, desktop, mobile device and peripheral deployment.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune, SCCM or other MDM/device management platforms.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive and organised approach to work.
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment.
• A genuine interest in workplace technology and end-user experience.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience supporting enterprise device rollout projects.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager/Intune.
• Experience configuring Cisco IP phones.
• Exposure to IT asset management processes.
• Understanding of ITIL or structured service delivery environments.
