Job summary

EY Oceania seeks an experienced Ethics Program Leader to oversee ethics hotline, investigations and governance, translating the EY Global Code of Conduct into practical guidance across Australia and New Zealand.

The role partners with senior leaders, delivers timely reporting, drives program improvements and coordinates communications, learning and disclosures. Hybrid work across EY offices is available with flexible options.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in ethics, compliance, investigations, governance or risk management.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operation of ethics reporting channels and investigations through to closure.
• Translate the Global Code of Conduct into practical guidance, resources and training.
• Deliver timely reporting to senior leadership and maintain governance documentation.
