EY is seeking an Ethics Program Manager (Associate Director) in Melbourne. You will lead the Oceania ethics program, oversee the Ethics Hotline and whistleblower matters, and coordinate investigations, communications, learning and governance initiatives aligned with EY’s Global Code of Conduct.

You will collaborate with senior leadership and GCO to ensure consistent handling of concerns, remediation, and ongoing program improvements within a hybrid work model across Australia and New Zealand.

Qualificações

• Experience in ethics, compliance, investigations or risk-related fields.
• Ability to manage confidential matters with judgment and discretion.
• Proven ability to work with senior leaders and diverse stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end operation of ethics reporting channels and investigations.
• Develop and improve ethics program training, resources and governance documentation.
• Provide timely reporting to senior leadership and monitor remediation actions.
