Rio Tinto is seeking a Senior Adviser, Ethics & Compliance (Triage & Assessment) based in Perth, Australia. You will lead intake, assessment, prioritisation and routing of myVoice reports, ensuring confidentiality, timely escalation and fair closure across global functions.

The role requires expertise in investigations, ethics, risk, privacy and legal considerations, with strong stakeholder management and data discipline across multiple time zones.

Qualifications

• Whistleblowing intake and triage experience.
• Ability to assess incomplete, sensitive information.
• Experience with case routing and escalation decisions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, assessment, severity rating and routing of reports.
• Coordinate with Legal on privilege and regulatory issues.
• Protect confidentiality and ensure timely closure of cases.
• Provide training and calibration to teams on triage processes.
