Job summary

EY Oceania is seeking an Ethics Program Leader to oversee ethics and conduct programs across Australia and New Zealand. You will coordinate ethics hotline operations, investigations and remediation, while steering program enhancements aligned with the EY Global Code of Conduct.

You will lead reporting to senior leaders, manage whistleblower processes, and drive communications, learning and governance initiatives that reinforce ethical conduct across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience in ethics, compliance, investigations, employee relations, governance or risk management in a regulated environment.
• Strong judgement, integrity and discretion handling sensitive matters with balance of commercial considerations and risk.
• Excellent communication, influencing and problem-solving, attention to detail, and proactive collaboration with senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead ethics hotline and whistleblower investigations end-to-end, including triage, allocation, investigations, remediation and closure.
• Translate EY Global Code of Conduct into practical guidance, resources, communications, learning and awareness aligned with priorities.
• Provide clear reporting to senior leadership, analyse data to identify trends, oversee regulatory responses, and maintain ethics policies and governance documentation.
