Job summary

EY is seeking an Ethics Program Leader to oversee EY Oceania’s ethics and conduct programs, including hotline management, investigations, and governance delivery. The role collaborates with senior leadership to promote ethical conduct and awareness across EY Australia and New Zealand.

This hybrid position enables work from EY offices across Australia or New Zealand, with flexibility for reduced hours. The role supports communications, learning and regulatory responses while upholding EY’s Code

Qualifications

• Experience in ethics, compliance, investigations or governance within a regulated environment.
• Ability to manage sensitive, confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
• Proven ability to translate code of conduct into practical guidance and governance docs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operation of ethics reporting channels, oversee investigations and follow-up through to closure.
• Drive ongoing implementation and improvement of the ethics program aligned with EY Global Code of Conduct.
• Provide timely reporting to senior leadership and maintain ethics policies and governance documentation.
