Job summary

Hader Institute of Education in Armadale VIC seeks an experienced Sales Consultant to manage a pipeline of prospective students. In a high-volume, phone-based environment, you will convert warm leads, build relationships and guide enrolments with an ethical, consultative approach.

You will be responsible for achieving and exceeding sales KPIs, using negotiation and closing skills to help students choose the right education pathway and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of proven sales experience in a phone-based, contact centre or consultative sales environment.
• Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and conversion KPIs.
• Strong objection-handling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Confidence managing a high-volume pipeline and converting warm leads into sales.
• Resilience, self-motivation and a genuine drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.

Responsibilities

• Convert warm leads into enrolments through consultative and results-driven sales conversations.
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline, proactively following up opportunities and maximising conversion rates.
• Use objection handling, negotiation and closing to help prospective students make informed decisions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales KPIs and performance targets.
• Build genuine relationships by understanding each person's goals, motivations and challenges.
